I'm a Senior Lecturer at the Australian National University's Strategic and Defence Studies Centre. Before joining academia, I worked for the Australian Government, the Australian Regular Army, and Qantas Airways. 

I specialise in the study of alliance politics, international security, Australian strategy and Cold War history.
